Armin is a valuable soldier because of his instincts and intellect. He might not react in the present; instead, he thinks outside the box to anticipate what the Titans or the opponent will do. 

He acquires a feeling of urgency as a result of his intuition, since he regularly foresees future events, such as comprehending that the colossal titan was looking to target Eren, although other characters thought it was retreating.

He also compels Eren to awaken, despite everyone else’s choice to protect him – this instinct sprang from the knowledge that the troops’ lives were on the line, indicating an emphasis on the future events.
